It’s a searchable online directory profiling the UK’s top 500 recruiters to highlight the key services that differentiate them from thousands of competitors. 

The Power List is designed to help corporate hiring managers and heads of HR, Resourcing and TA to find the right recruitment partners. It is also designed for investors to help them find top performing and high potential recruitment companies. 

Only recruitment companies with at least £5m UK turnover that TALiNT Partners has considered for its PointSix programme and TIARA awards are invited to join the Power List. 

 

A maximum of 500 qualifying recruitment companies will be profiled online and in the annual Recruitment Power List Report. 

Every qualifying recruitment company invited to join the Power List is offered a Free Member Listing or a Premium Membership to enhance its profile and gain market intelligence for an annual subscription fee. 

 

A Free Member Listing includes a public profile featuring company name, address, website, offices, region, sector, and perm and temp turnover split. Key executives, turnover, NFI and PBT are also featured in a subscriber only online profile and in the Recruitment Power List Report.

 

For an annual fee of £250 plus VAT, Premium Members can enhance their basic listing with information about key services related to Candidate Experience, Employer Brand, and Diversity & Inclusion. Premium Members also qualify for Subscriber access to Key Executive & Financial Information for all Members and free copy of the annual Recruitment Power List Report (£800 + VAT for Non-Members).

 

The Recruitment Power List is launched to coincide with publication of the Report on 6th July.

 

Non-Members can pay an annual Subscriber fee of £500 + VAT for access to the searchable online Power List. This includes access to a digital version of the Recruitment Power List Report. The standalone fee for a print copy of the Report for Non-Members is £800 + VAT.

 

PointSix Premium Members qualify for Premium Membership of the Power List plus a full-page editorial in the Report and a free copy of the Report.

Your public profile will be visible to anyone who visits the Power List website. It will be regularly promoted to TALiNT International’s audience of over 21,000 hiring managers and heads of corporate HR, Resourcing and Talent Acquisition. It will also be promoted to industry investors. 

Only Premium Members and Subscribers will be able to view the private profile of each company in the Power List to access information about key executives, turnover, NFI and PBT. 

Free Members only have access to public profiles on the Power List.
